" We have just picked up our hamsters from the Cottontail Hotel where they have spent Christmas and New Year.
This impressive little boutique hotel provides a 5 star service. Jess is wonderful and very caring for the animals and very quick to respond to any queries or questions - she even sent us pictures of our pets during their stay. Everything is clean and tidy and we got cages and exercise balls etc back cleaned and shiny. The hamsters were exercised daily and pampered like only a proper spa hotel knows how to do.
We will definitely be checking in again and would strongly recommend you to do the same!" - Christina

Jess offers extra services, so I paid a little extra for Parsley to have his nails clipped while we were away. Jess was also very accommodating when we had to arrange for Parsley to stay an extra night at the last minute. Parsley is already booked in for his next stays at Cottontail hotel." - Katie
