Boarding accommodation for rabbits and other small animals
Cottontail Hotel is a fully insured, family run business in Flamstead,
St Albans.
We offer a luxury boarding service in a cabin on the property. Our cabin is fully heated in the colder months, and cooler in the Summer.
We offer long term and short term stays. Exercise/ play / cuddle time is given everyday.
We understand leaving your pet can be stressful, so we offer regular photos and updates, and are contactable whenever needed.
COVID-19 Coronavirus
We are having to make certain changes to the drop off and pick up system in order to keep myself, my family and of course all of our loyal customers safe from the virus. The changes are as follows-
1. If you or anyone in your household have COVID-19 symptoms, you must not come to the drop off or pick up. Please ask someone on your behalf to do it for you.
2. You MUST wear a mask at all times.
3. Now that lockdown restrictions are easing, only ONE person will be allowed to enter the cabin accommodation.
4. All pet carriers are to be left with us, and will be thoroughly disinfected before they are collected.
5. If your trip is delayed and you are not able to pick your pet up at the agreed date, then please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your pet. The normal nightly rate will be charged. Otherwise please give an emergency contact who is able to pick up on your behalf.
6. At drop off and pick-up we are strictly requesting that only one person attend. If you are going to bring children, we kindly ask that a parent/guardian accompanies them in your car/ taxi.
7. Please bring extra food in case your trip is delayed.
We are hoping that this is only a temporary measure, but we have to protect everyone as best as we can!
